Personal Training Memberships

24 Hour cancellation policy applies - sessions can be rescheduled if cancelled before 24 hours. Sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours cannot be rescheduled, except in certain circumstances - such as an emergency or acute illness/injury. Sessions cancelled before 24 hours should be rescheduled in the relevant month where possible.
Missed sessions are unable to be carried over, so please check your diary for the coming month to see if you are able to commit to the membership being purchased. The memberships are based on 4 sweet months therefore there will be opportunities to make up the sessions in longer months.
Membership and packages are non refundable.
Memberships are non contract - you can cancel at any time.
Group Session Memberships

Class passes will expire after 3 months if not used, passes will be activated on first class booking via Momence,
​
Cancellations for all classes booked with class passes must be made no later than 60 minutes prior to the class starting in order to receive a 100% credit for future use.
Cancellation within 60 minutes of class commencement or a no show will result in class pass being forfeit with no credit.

Cancellation by V Health & Fitness - if we are unable to deliver the class there will be a minimum of 60 minutes notice and a full credit back to the account that made the booking.

Tier 1 - Monthly Unlimited Membership is not a fixed contract and can be cancelled at any time.
Memberships can be temporary frozen if away etc.
