A circuit-based class that is a high energy, whole body focus using cardio and resistance to build endurance, and fitness and supports heart health and increases lung capacity.

A strength-based session focusing on the fundamental movement lifts to improve whole body strength.
For those who want to improve strength, health, fat loss, or performance.

YOGA WITH META
A Yin Yang style, a beautiful combination of vinyasa flow combined with passively holding poses. This is the perfect balance of flexibility & strength; with a focus on deep stretching and relaxation.
