Studio Hire Terms and Conditions

Studio/Room Hire 

 

Bookings or reservations are to be made through the V Health & Fitness Website. At the time of the first booking qualifications and insurance details are to be submitted prior to studio hire. 

 

Payments are to be made at least 7 days before the date of hire, it will only be confirmed once payment has been made.

 

Room Hire

 

Half day hire = 4 hours with a set up and close down time of 15 mins.

Full day hire = the whole day.

 

Yoga/Pilates Studio Space

 

Class hire rate = 60 or 90 minute sessions with 15 minutes either side for set up and deconfliction. Contact if you would like more time to use the studio.

Gym Hire 

 

Hourly gym hire needs to be booked and paid for at least 7 days in advance. 

PT Space hire may result in a shared space with 1 x PT & client depending on the schedule. 

To hire the space for a class or the whole studio will be exclusive and not shared. See booking page for difference in prices.

Cancellation Policy

 

Studio hire can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of booking to be able to receive a full refund.

All cancellations within 24 hours of the hire will incur a 100% booking fee.
