Studio Hire Terms and Conditions

Studio hire is only confirmed once appropriate hire payment is made.

Flexible use should be booked and paid for one month in advance.

Hirers can cancel up to a week before their event and receive a full refund

Hirers can cancel with less than a week but more than 2 days before their event and receive a studio credit for use on a future bookings.

All cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit a 100% booking fee.

“Exclusive” use of the treatment rooms means the space is yours to use anytime, no other business will be using the space.

”Exclusive” use of the PT space means you can use the facility and equipment 24/7 with the use of your own key. The PT space will be shared with V Health & Fitness instructors and clientele. 

Exclusive use is required to be a 3 month minimum contract with 1 month notice to leave.
