MOVE & SWEAT
A circuit-based class that is a high energy, whole body focus using cardio and resistance to build endurance, and fitness and supports heart health and increases lung capacity.

MOVE & LIFT
A strength-based session focusing on the fundamental movement lifts to improve whole body strength. For those who want to improve strength, health, fat loss, or performance.
​
A separate session is available for those over 60 who want to maintain muscle health, strength and mobility.

Sessions are twice per week.

MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates aims will be to develop and strengthen the muscles in the back of the body whilst lengthening the tighter muscles of the front of the body.
This balanced approach to lengthening and strengthening restores the whole body so that the muscles can function optimally.
As always with pilates there will also be a focus of increased core strength and spinal mobility.

YOGA
The yoga class will be a beautiful vinyasa flow catered to all abilities including multiple asanas followed by a deep meditation and chance to connect to yourself fostering mindfulness and inner calm.
