Studio/Room Hire Bookings or reservations are to be made through the V Health & Fitness Website. At the time of the first booking qualifications and insurance details are to be submitted prior to studio hire. Bookings are confirmed once the request has been approved. Payments are to be made no later than 24 hours before the date of hire. The request for payment can be held until the day before the session or if there are any changes to the booking such as adding in time or cancellation. If the studio hire is booked for early or late hours e.g. 6am or after 7pm. You will be required to open up and close down the studio with a key which will be shown prior to hire. All lights are to be switched off, windows and shutters locked before locking up. Cancellation Policy Studio hire can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of booking to be able to receive a full refund. All cancellations within 24 hours of the hire will incur a 100% booking fee.
