Therapy Room Hire Looking for a calm, professional space to support your clients? Our fully equipped treatment room at V Health & Fitness is available to hire for wellness practitioners, therapists, and bodyworkers. Whether you’re a massage therapist, physiotherapist, osteopath, or holistic practitioner, our space is designed to help you deliver the highest quality care in a welcoming, clean, and private environment. T&Cs
Half day hire = 4 hours with a set up and close down time of 15 mins. Full day hire = the whole day - access out of hours to be arranged. Exclusive Hire = you will have full access to the room with no one else using it during your term agreement, you will have your own key to access the studio and can therefore leave equipment in the room and run your own appointments/schedule - discuss with V for prices and agreement. Terms & Conditions: 1. Bookings or reservations are to be made through the V Health & Fitness Website. 2. All Therapists must be fully qualified, insured, and registered with their relevant governing bodied. You must provide certificates and insurance documents on initial hire - these should be on display for your clients to see. 3. On short term/flexible use the online booking system on the website to request your slot. Once approved, your booking is secured, and you’ll know the space is yours exclusively. Payment can be taken when you book or closer to the session if you prefer (to allow for potential client changes). 4. On long term exclusive use, one months notice from either side is required in writing to terminate. On flexible use, 24 hours notice is required. 5. The room may only be used in the hours booked or arranged. 6. The therapist or hirer is responsible for the conduct of their clients whilst on the premises, and responsible for their clients entering and leaving the building, including issuing car parking permits for clients. 7. Children with clients are to be supervised at all times and not left alone in any part of the studio or outside. 8. Room must be left as found, clean and tidy. V Health & Fitness cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in the treatment rooms or from outside the premises. 9. The Studio does not supply towels for your clients. 10. All couches should be wiped down on completion of your clients/clinics cleaning wipes and paper towel are provided. It is the responsibility of the therapist/hirer to ensure all windows/doors are locked, heating is turned off and shutters closed if the day is finished. Cancellation Policy Room hire can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of booking to be able to receive a full refund. All cancellations within 24 hours of the hire will incur a 100% booking fee.
