Work with Kiya

As well as my group yoga classes, I offer private 1:1 sessions for a more disciplined practice, where we go deeper into the teachings. Guiding you through a 90 Minute Traditional Sivananda Yoga Practice. The session consists of Chanting, Pranayama breathwork, Asana practice (12 basic postures) Relaxation (savasana) and meditation.  

 

Combine your sessions to suit your needs. Some weeks, you might just want to meditate, be guided through a breathwork journey or simply relax with a massage. Remember, relaxation is just as important as the physical exercise.

What I Offer

Wirral Yoga Teacher
Kiya is an amazing yoga teacher. I have a one to one session with her every week. The session is tailored to my needs, for example some weeks Kiya will combine an Indian head massage into my yoga session, some weeks she will combine breath-work and some weeks we will do meditation.
She is teaching me brand new skills that I didn’t know our bodies could do. I absolutely love my sessions with Kiya. I have three small children and a full time career so my life is very busy. I look forward to my session every week as it helps me relax and calms my central nervous system. If I could prescribe Hatha yoga on prescription on the NHS I would because it would help so many people live a more calm, relaxed life without the need for medication. I have never done yoga before Kiya but it is a huge part of my life now.
 
If you are considering yoga I would say go for it and you won’t look back. I suffer from anxiety and since starting these sessions the anxiety ball in my chest has gone. Thank you for being such an inspirational teacher Kiya.
