New Year, New Flow

Join us for the New Year, New Flow retreat on January 11th 2025.


Helena and V will be taking you through a movement focussed retreat focussing on setting intentions around exercise, mindfulness, meditation and visualisation. Destress from the festive period and embrace a mindful approach for the coming year by taking time to exercise, ground yourself, connect with others and discuss challenges.


You will be practicing breathing, an exercise session and a yoga flow whilst visualising the feeling of your intentions and movement goals. You will leave with clarity, a realistic plan for implementation and practices to stay motivated and manage stress.


You will receive nourishing refreshments in a space to discuss, reflect and enhance your health and fitness.


The retreat will be from 10 am - 1pm plus there will be an optional choice to join us on the beach afterwards for a cold sea dip and warming hot drink to encourage the feeling of a challenge whilst connecting with others.
