Everyone who knows me and works with me knows how much I believe in the power of food when it comes to training, fat loss and health goals.


I have been working on a document for the last couple of months where I have recorded the nutrition practices and advice that I believe in, practice myself and advise to clients in their PT sessions.


I have included what you should be focusing on and not missing the basics with food, plus client case studies and how to maintain balance and reach your goals with the power of food.


I am charging a small amount for this document because I’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating this and I’ve discovered in my experience free service is not always valued.
