This week marks 6 years since V Health & Fitness first opened its doors.
Each year, I take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come - and to look ahead at what’s next. Pausing to take stock reminds me not only of the progress in the studio, but of the personal growth that comes with it. It’s a helpful reset - in life as much as in business.
Building a Community
In our 6th year, the studio has continued to grow into something more than just a place to train. It’s become a positive, inspiring, and supportive community of people who are committed to their health and wellbeing - and to each other.
Clients and members have achieved some amazing results over the last year. But more than that, they’ve stayed consistent, shown up, and committed to the process. That’s what makes the real difference - and it shows in how they move, feel, and live each day.
Movement That Matters
Our Yoga classes have gone from strength to strength. Many members have shared that these sessions are a real highlight of their week - whether it’s the Wednesday Vinyasa or the calming Sunday morning Hatha class. The space, the energy, and the routine have become part of something bigger for them.
A year ago, we introduced Mat Pilates with two classes on Fridays. Since then, it’s often been full - but more importantly, the feedback has been incredible. Members are noticing changes in their posture, strength, and movement. Pilates has not only supported their training but improved their daily function too.
A Holistic Approach
Behind the scenes, we’ve expanded our holistic services. We now have therapists and physiotherapists working from our treatment rooms, helping clients manage pain, recovery, and long-term movement quality.
Looking ahead, we’ll be welcoming an Exercise Physiologist to offer specialist PT sessions, and introducing Swedish massage at weekends - further deepening our commitment to whole-person health.
This integrated approach to health and fitness - movement, recovery, support, and community - reflects the vision I’ve always had for V Health & Fitness. And seeing that vision come to life, thanks to the people who value it, has been the most rewarding part.
Thank You
To every single person who’s walked through our doors - whether as a client, member, practitioner, or PT - thank you. I’m forever grateful for the energy you bring into this space, and for the trust you place in us to support your health.
As I write this, looking out over the Liverpool skyline, a PT session is happening in the gym - a coach hiring the space on a flexible basis to build their own business. That’s what this place is for.
Looking Ahead
If you’d like to be part of our community - either as a client or a coach - we’d love to hear from you.
We have limited spaces available in PT and classes, and we offer flexible options for practitioners and personal trainers who want to grow their business without being tied into costly contracts.
That flexibility is intentional - because I believe everyone deserves the chance to start strong and build something lasting.
Here’s to year 7.
And to more sunrises over this view. 🌅
