“Withdrawing from the world to rest and relax, and to focus within yourself.”

We did this at the New Year, New Flow retreat on Saturday 11th January.
To take some time out of daily life, reflect on what we want to achieve in 2025, set intentions on how we break down the steps to get there and make it realistic within our lives.
We then focussed on breathing, moving and meditation to connect with our intention, mind and body.
What’s great about a session like this is you can take a break from what’s going on, you can come down to the gym for an extended time instead of rushing in for a class after work then rushing home. You can really pause and connect with your mind whilst you’re exercising and then recover fully with some healthy snacks and a yoga flow.
Then with the breathing and meditation you give your body the opportunity to be still, to reset your nervous system, to be clear in your mind what you want whether today or this year.
And you go home feeling awesome - physically and mentally.
