Service Description

Sound & Stillness is a yin yoga class accompanied by crystal singing bowls. Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practice where poses are held for an extended time, typically 3-5 minutes, to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It promotes relaxation, improves flexibility, and encourages a sense of stillness and mindfulness. Crystal singing bowls produce soothing, resonant tones that help balance energy, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Their vibrations are believed to enhance meditation, support emotional healing, and harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
