New events and memberships for January.

Some new things for V Health & Fitness in this New Year!


We have events coming up this month starting with our New Year, New Flow Retreat on Saturday 11th January 10am - 1pm. This retreat is perfect for you if you are not yet ready to start exercising or you simply don’t know where to start. During the retreat we will be moving with an energising circuit and then into a focussed Yoga Flow as well as working on being present and connected with the breath - before, during and after exercise. We will be discussing intentions and goals around health & fitness and how to visualise and connect more with your self and with others. You will leave with clarity, a realistic plan for implementation and practices to stay motivated and manage stress.


Then we have another Gym Confidence Workshop on Saturday 18th January at 2pm-4pm. This will be getting you familiar with movement patterns whilst using free weights with the correct form, so you will be doing it properly, don’t hurt yourself and will be too busy to worry about what people think when you go to the gym yourself. We will take the time to practice exercises in slow time and build your confidence in using weights and how to implement them into your training. This is open to those that are not V Health & Fitness members and even if you are following another plan or go to a different gym.

Class Memberships have also been updated and can be seen via the website, there is an addition of Unlimited Yoga Classes for £25 per month. Perfect for you if you are only interested in Helena’s Yoga classes at V Health & Fitness and you need to give yourself some accountability instead of dropping in. A great way to save money but keep yourself flowing.
